研究方向

庄林教授课题组的研究方向是洁净能源电化学转化,主要开展燃料电池相关基础研究。工作涵盖“计算-材料-催化-器件”4个方面:“计算”方面包括基于密度泛函计算的催化剂设计,介观尺度材料与过程的分子模拟;“材料”方面的研究包括新型纳米电催化剂(低铂与非铂),碱性聚合物电解质,新型储能材料;“催化”方面主要是关键电化学反应的原位谱学研究(红外、质谱等),模型催化剂与分子电催化;“器件”研究是针对实际应用,发展完全不使用贵金属的燃料电池,以及新概念电化学能量转化与储存技术。

经过十多年的积累,庄林教授课题组在两个方面形成突出的研究特色:(1) 碱性聚合物电解质研究;(2) 计算与实验相结合的电催化研究。
