研究方向

1. 高效、高立体选择性环加成反应(1,3-偶极环加成、Diels-Alder环加成反应等);

2. 具有生理活性的手性药物关键中间体、手性α-氨基酸(α-AAs) 的绿色高效构建;

3. 双功能有机小分子催化剂设计、合成及在不对称合成中的应用

课题组所发展的手性配体TF-BiphamPhos与基于多氢键协同活化策略的氨基-硫脲类有机小分子催化剂被国际化学类工具书Encyclopedia of Reagents for Organic Synthesis (e-EROS)《有机合成试剂百科全书》收录。迄今为止作为通讯联系人在Acc. Chem. Res., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Nat. Commun., CCS Chem., Chem. Sci.等学术期刊发表科研论文120余篇。
