个人简介

翁小成,教授,博士生导师,国家基金委优青获得者,湖北省楚天学者计划楚天学子。2020年湖北省科学技术奖励自然科学一等奖(核酸的分子识别和调控,第2完成人)。2018年获批国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金资助。2015年湖北省楚天学者计划楚天学子。2010年湖北省科学技术奖励自然科学奖一等奖(以核酸为靶目标的小分子的设计、合成及其生物活性研究,第2完成人)。获买球最好的网站第五届青年教师教学竞赛一等奖(2010年)。获英国皇家化学会RSC “Young Chemist Award”参会项目资助(2009年)。已主持国家自然科学基金面上项目4项,青年基金1项,承担国家基金委重大研究计划“基因信息传递过程中非编码RNA的调控作用机制”集成项目课题1项。发表SCI论文80多篇,其中以共同第一/通讯作者在Nat. Chem. Biol.,Cancer Cell,Nat. Commun.,J. Am. Chem. Soc.,Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.等刊物上发表论文30多篇。

研究方向

长期从事核酸化员工物学的研究。基于化学探针等化学技术,融合分子生物学、基因组学、细胞生物学等手段,开发核酸表观遗传修饰、核酸结构以及核酸/蛋白质相互作用的研究技术,并开展相应的功能研究,以及开拓在临床疾病诊断方面的应用。
